This policy explains what information the game Oath of the Three Realms ("the app") uses and why. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your real name, email, contacts or photos.

1. Information stored on your device

Your game progress (coins, unlocked generals, troop levels, settings, the player name you type and a random player ID) is saved on your device. Apart from the Arena data described in section 3, we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Ads appear only when you choose to watch one (for example to double a battle reward). To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

• your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers,
• approximate location derived from your IP address,
• ad interactions (views, taps) and diagnostic information.

This data is handled by Google under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

3. Online Arena

When the app is online it connects to our Arena server at samkok.kode4u.tech so you can appear on the world ladder and fight other commanders' armies. It sends:

• the random player ID created by the app (not linked to your Google account or device ID),
• the commander name you typed (it may be visible to other players on the ladder),
• your kingdom, general, troop formation, troop levels and trophies.

This data is used only to run the Arena: to show the ladder and to let other players battle your defence army. It is stored on our server for as long as the Arena runs. It is not sold and not shared with advertisers. Do not use your real name as your commander name if you do not want it shown. To stop sending it, tap Offline under Settings → Online Arena. To have your Arena entry deleted, email us your commander name (shown in Settings).

4. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.

5. Security and retention

Ad requests and Arena traffic are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS / secure WebSocket). Our Arena server keeps only the Arena data listed above; it does not record your IP address in the game data.

6. Your choices

• Don't watch ads — they are always optional.
• Reset or opt out of the advertising ID in your device settings.
• Turn the online Arena off in Settings → Online Arena → Offline.
• Delete all game data on your device by uninstalling the app.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
